My journey in the food industry began in 1994—but if I'm honest, it started much earlier.

At just 14 years old, my younger brother and I were entrusted with running a small tamales and coffee shop that our parents created for us. It wasn't just a family business; it was their way of teaching us the value of hard work, responsibility, and the joy of serving people through food.

From that moment on, food has always found its way into my life.

Years later in 2000, I moved to Denmark with my wife, where we built a beautiful family together. While raising our children, I spent many years helping other people bring their visions to life through my expertise in marketing.

 

It was rewarding, but deep down I knew I wanted to build something that reflected my own passion and purpose.

 

In 2019, I took the leap and founded TacoBoy.Shop.

TacoBoy.Shop is more than a business—it's a way of sharing the authentic flavors, stories, and culture of Mexican street food with Europe. It's the culmination of a lifelong relationship with food, entrepreneurship, and the belief that a great taco has the power to bring people together.
